Ruth, thank you so much for this! I'm very sorry to hear about Diana. I found her site about 1991, so it's been a while. Are all the stories there too?
ReplyDeleteI was Silver Spirit Farms back then, and some of us met in person at our farm in the new milennium. It was amazing for us, very emotional. We connected by phone with a member in the US who coudn't attend. We're still in touch today. They will be thrilled to hear this news , but sad to learn about Diana. Did her animal and bird rescue survive?
Gosh, I can hardly believe the synchronicity that brought me here today. I'm writing a book, and was hoping to find some of the post I wrote back then about the animals and chicken who were our greatest teachers. I'm preparing for an interview and came across a photo of the young moose that ambled through our farmyard in 2020, and wanted to compare Diana's version of Moose's wisdom with the events that followed his visit.
Thank you again for your part in this lovely memorial for Diana.
