Roly Poly, Pillbug

Roly Poly/Pillbug's Wisdom Includes: *

    ∞ Cleansing the Earth
∞ Ancestral roots in the ocean.
    ∞ Gentleness
∞ Wisdom in being slow to trust
∞ Curling into one's self for protection
∞ Knowing when to open up and when to be on the move
    ∞ Survival
    ∞ Lending a helping hand
    ∞ Stewardship
∞ Honor in the "dirty" jobs

Note: The opening up curling up wisdom feels more like roly poly than pillbig. Not all of these terrestrial crustaceans (Armadillidiidae) roll up into a little ball for protection when feeling threatened, kinda like an armadillo. In my mind, roly polys are the ones that roll up, and pill bugs are the ones that don't. But, for whatever reason, they wanted to be presented together instead of separately. So, who am I to argue?

I love rollie pollies. (An alternate spelling for the search engine.)

Tuco-tuco's Wisdom Includes:*
    ∞ Safety in the Earth
∞ Creating a path to obtain what's needed
    ∞ Diversity
    ∞ Diurnal living
∞ Finding value in homebody life
    ∞ Sacred Solitude
    ∞ Sacred Community

Story note from Ruth-Renate: The Tuco-tuco was the first spirit animal guide that I made contact with that I did not recognize. All I knew it was some kind of burrow animal that I was seeing. It took me a couple hours or so looking at all sorts of images of different burrow animals to try to find what I was seeing in my mind. I had no idea that tuco-tuco's existed, let alone so many varieties of them! Amazing. <3

    ∞ Creativity
∞ Spinning a web to entrap enemies
    ∞ Defense of territory

Note: I (Ruth-Renate) had a jumping spider, black and white, and really big and beautiful, visit me in my kitchen which was interesting since the night before I asked for the angelic spiders to help in healing my fears. The Spirit told me that jumping spiders are more like tarantulas and that I should look up the Wisdom of Tarantulas from animalspirits.com to find the wisdom the two types of spiders share.
